It works pretty well out of the box and support was quite fast.
However they do overcharge on usage fees due to their definition of what an order is. If you are a store like us that has a lot of unpaid orders that are cancelled or orders that do not require shipping, you will get charged on all of those too. In my view it doesn't much make sense to charge tracking management for an order that does not require shipping and will never be shipped.
We did raise this with them and they don't want to change their definition as they say it would affect other stores using the app too i.e. they must be overcharging a lot of stores and don't want to lose that revenue.
UPDATE: Their reply below is factually incorrect. They charge for unpaid orders. Very deceptive to admit it privately and pretend it's not happening on the review page. Come on guys, be honest!

All orders except for the following are considered a billable order:
Shopify POS orders
Test orders placed using the bogus gateway
Digital orders that don't require shipping
Usage charges are processed by Shopify every 24 hours based on the number of orders. With the current billing system, it is not possible to identify canceled orders.

Good app but very expensive, I installed the app when it first came out, but they tripled their pricing as we went into December 2018 and no email to notify us about it, I only found out when a customer said he could not track his order on here, charges per tracking, so if the same customer looks at the order 4x in one day it counts as 4 tracks. I am looking into other tracking apps on the market now.
I ship from US to Brazil, and tracking from brazilian correios can be confusing sometimes. I had some questions and Abby from customer support was awesome! he help me a lot to fix few issues on brazilian tracking number, making my customers understand better to track their orders and made my job much easier. App is easy to use and setup! Thank you ABBY and Tracktor!! Its worth every penny!
They were very responsive to my request. This is a new app for me so i will write a follow up review once the tracktor is being used.
App performs well & I have had the best experience with the team at ShopPad (particularly Mandy & Annette) who have always been quick and happy to respond to any queries I have had. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic app. Easy to load. Easy to use. UI has some nice out of the box options that blend nicely with out theme (modern UIs tend to do that :P). Definitely give this app a try. It's better than any of the other customer facing tracking apps.
The only major critique I have is that the initial input fields that customers see look plain and outdated, which clashes pretty heavily with how nice the actual app looks. If they fix up the CSS on those, this app will be unbeatable in terms of all around quality.
This app has really helped me with customer order tracking. It's easy to insta1l, customize and use. I wish though there was a way to view all orders delivered within a spacific time frame or all orders whose delivery has exceeded a certain duration of time. That would be really useful
