First I tried Aftership which might be good but doesn't work for dropshipping is my experience. Deeper research brought me to this app and I can't say enough about the app and the support!!!!

I put in a request and when I got up it was setup for me, all my questions were answered, my demands were met and more.

Totally wholeheartedly recommended. I really don't bashing any other app but save yourself a headache and just go with this one.

Shoppad is legendary and the support is unmatched. I use a handful of apps that they developed and they work flawlessly. I dropship so having a tracking app like this goes a long way when keeping that professional look for your customers. Alan and his team and prompt and super helpful. Thanks guys!

tells your customer exactly where an item is being shipped from (just address) all the way to their address and shows them where the item is throughout its path

The tracking for me doesn't work properly. There is no automatic carrier mapping available so for each order where the tracking is not working, i have to contact the support to change the mapping manually. It's a considerable waste of time and I also have to answer emails from customers asking where their packages are. I don't understand why they can't solve this problem.
