Does exactly what I need and more. Pricing is reasonable compared to a few others I checked
- Simple easy to use order status page that customers can self serve and view their shipment details. I was also able to integrate the order status link in the fulfilment email which goes to customers.
- Fulfillments and status page lets us quickly glance through and see if any orders haven't been delivered. A good way to check for follow ups and escalations with the delivery partner
- Mission control also gives a nice view of average delivery speed and where there have been exceptions
App was not tracking all our orders. We shipped over 200 orders and it only had 24 in its system.
My sales are very slow for the moment at Retail Galore Store Shop, BUT, I can say that the Tracktor app is working beautifully and is my top choice for order tracking. It has a very attractive, beautiful appearance on my site and works really well! Customers are very happy with it as am I.

This app is very useful for my store and saves me lots of time answering WISMO emails. My store sells customized pet id tags and lead time is 1-2 weeks so more often than not customers may want to know how long it is before the order is ready to ship. It allows me to create a number of statuses between 'order received' and 'order ready' so customers can keep track on the progress. Their customer support team were also very quick to respond to my request for help with configuring the app.
So far so good, even the tracker page looks good
