Really like this app, works well and has a really beautiful design

Simple integration, massive customer service winner especially when SMS alerts from carriers not an option.

I used the Tracktor Expert Install Service, the response was fast, service team was very friendly and best of all, it's free. Would highly recommend.

Overall, the app itself and the support have met expectations, though we haven't been using it long enough to see how it's really affected sales conversions. However, in implementing the app, we were disappointed to learn it isn't possible to utilize the shipping tracking number as part of the functionality, which seems fairly standard for Ecommerce purchases nowadays. We were told this was being worked on, but we'd like to have a more firm time frame as to when this feature may be available.

Tracktor is a nice app! There was a minor problem with the tracking page aligning correctly with the theme I used. Contacted the support team and the fixed within 24 hours - all I had to do was give them limited access to the Theme configuration. Now it looks great!

What makes Tracktor a good product is not only the web plug-in, but their wonderful staff. Keep up the awesome customer service!

Traktor is a really great app, especially if you're just starting out. Customer support is awesome. Matt went above and beyond to help me. Tracktor also allows you to hide specific countries that packages are coming from (ie: China). Lots of great features.

Good app but very expensive, I installed the app when it first came out, but they tripled their pricing as we went into December 2018 and no email to notify us about it, I only found out when a customer said he could not track his order on here, charges per tracking, so if the same customer looks at the order 4x in one day it counts as 4 tracks. I am looking into other tracking apps on the market now.

Works really well! I love how simple it is and how well it looks. Great job and making a wonderful app.
