I love the app it looks great and provides a great interface for my customers. Not only that but the customer support team customized the appearance for me

It's an absolutely amazing app with great support. Tracking by order number and not revealing where the package is being shipped from is a huge advantage. The support staff even set up the tracking links on my site within 24 hours and made it effortless (Thanks Mandy!).

My only issue is the free plan only allows you to track 5 orders a month which is really low and probably not enough to get customer feedback, but it is worth the $14.99/month imo.

This is a great app and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to grow their business. Their customer support is very prompt and helpful.

The tech support provided by Tracktor is unparalleled! Mandy, the agent who was helping me, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She guided me through each step and was able to take over when I needed extra help. This app is wonderfully comprehensive and I would have never known the benefits if Mandy hadn't been there to show me how to properly implement it (not because the app is confusing, just because I'm a little dumb sometimes). Wonderful app, amazing support. Thanks again, Mandy :)
