This app is amazing! It gives your store the look and feels of a big box store. It allows customers to track their orders and allows you to add a track order menu to your theme. The customer service is excellent - thank you, Matt, for all of your help! We will continue to use the free version and will definitely upgrade to the premium version when our orders increase! Loyal fan of Tracktor!

Simple integration, massive customer service winner especially when SMS alerts from carriers not an option.

I used the Tracktor Expert Install Service, the response was fast, service team was very friendly and best of all, it's free. Would highly recommend.

Overall, the app itself and the support have met expectations, though we haven't been using it long enough to see how it's really affected sales conversions. However, in implementing the app, we were disappointed to learn it isn't possible to utilize the shipping tracking number as part of the functionality, which seems fairly standard for Ecommerce purchases nowadays. We were told this was being worked on, but we'd like to have a more firm time frame as to when this feature may be available.
