didn't use it yet but from the start it looks WAY better than any other tracking app i've used. Good start!

this app makes order tracking easy for me and the customers. i like also that i can rely on a timely response (live chat or email) from tech support when i had issues. had a small glitch at the time of setup and was developer was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. issue was resolved in no time. recommended!

The Tracktor team provides excellent customer support! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied as the customer. It's hard to find apps who have such an attentive support team. My experience has been great thus far and will be taking a leap toward the Mesa app next.

I used the live chat option to contact the support team for the app and they literally answered in seconds, requested access to implement a styling change I wanted and made the change all in a matter of a couple of minutes. Very impressed with the customer service! I also use their Coin app which is awesome. Recommend!

Amazing customer service, great customization and beautiful layout! Highly recommended, specially for store owners who don't want to deal with making changes on the theme themselves. Just add them to your store and they'll do it. Excellent.

So far happy. I like that you can hide where the item is shipping from (e.g. China). Very responsive and helpful customer service.
