I used this app to help customers track orders. I had a little trouble at first because my settings were wrong. I reached out to customer support and they literally responded within 10 seconds. I have never come across an app with a response time that fast. They also did a phenomenal job helping me. I highly recommend this app.

Making tracking visual for our customers is great! I love the progress bar and map! Being able to track by order# & email is good because most people know that, but don't always know their tracking# (which is usually also a pain to type) or shipper.
