Although I have not used full features of the app yet. Tracktor gets 10 stars for customer service. My request on my website was met in less than an hour and I was really impressed. Will update you on my customer's feedback with the app. Stay tuned.

So far my experience with Tracktor has been amazing. They were really attentive to messages via chat, which is a huge help for me because I hate waiting more than 8 hours for app developers to get back to me. I think I will be with them for a long long time :)

App works beautifully and the team is very quick and responsive! We needed something tweaked for our specific platform and they had it done within 3 days after we downloaded.

Tons of hidden extra fees. Claimed to be $6/month ended up charging me extra $5+ PER DAY!
