Having one of their staff install the code for a first time owner who has no experience with that field was very helpful
Terrible! Didn't need this app for the month of June so I uninstalled it right after I got billed for the new month and requested a refund for $100. They have denied my refund so I will be taking my 3 other stores to another developers app. Don't work with these guys they will just take your money and screw you.

this is a really great application.
Great app that does what it says it will do. And great support team. They speedily set up the whole thing for us.
Works perfectly and I am able to keep track of all my shippings.
Especially now that I had a carrier that was not comprised in the ordinary ones of Shopify
Works better than other tracking apps I've tried before. Only issue is they need to automate importing and recognizing tracking numbers for a larger number of carriers.

There's better apps. Needs room for improvement
It's a really beautiful app. I had some problems with the integration and I had to wait a month for support, but now it's working and I hope don't have troubles again.
