Tracktor Order Tracking

Okay so I literally just started my website last month and surprisingly things have been well. I used aftership at the beginning because it had more reviews and I kinda went with the majority without doing any research. After using them I realized how poor their system was and how many mistakes it made by not detecting the couriers properly plus for customers there's just not enough information there. Anyhow before this turns into a review for Aftership I would like to stress on how beautiful, easy, and actually benificial Tracktor is. Literally feels like upgrading from a Civic to a Mercedes. Tracktor is smart at automatically detecting orders, has a map feature, plus features that let you basically control every aspect of tracking from your customers perspective. If you configure the app well, it should easily answer and alleviate any questions or concerns your customers have. I would 1000% recommend this app to both new and established businesses. Great app. Very useful for any online store and they support more carriers than any other I've seen. Plus the support is A1 with them. Sorted my self inflicted issue within minutes.

Amazing service! I had problems with my ordr showing up today and customer service was able to help me fix it. I was in a bit of a rush for work so I told them to just take care of it for me. An hour later I returned from break and the problem was fixed. I forgot the name of the customer service, but she was very kind and helpful and to me that is very important. I don't like feeling like I am bothering anyone when I ask for help but with her, she seem to be more than happy to help. Looking forward to a long term relationship with Tracktor as I try to grow my business. Thank you :)

I am sorry for a delayed review but it is a tested one for sure.
We have been using this app for more than 2 months now and it is fantastic.
it has reduced customer queries by 40% and site looks pro.
Noah from the team was very helpful in assisting with full installation. All of my requests we duly attested and executed.
I wish they had a ANNUAL discounted payment option.
