Just received maybe the best customer support. I mean every thing I needed done the rep took care of. Had issues with mapping and carriers and they literally fixed it, while I sat back stress free. Highly recommend the App, i started with the basic plan and now doing 750 order a month so highly recommend it.

I have not yet had an order to test it on, but this app seems very promising. The support team are brilliant, they are quick to respond and will knock themselves out to get you an answer. I have had help with support agent - Matt - numerous times. And can recommend him as he was incredibly helpful, eager and patient and made sure I understood all the changes that he assisted me with.

This is probably the best tracking app in the shopify app store. Customer service is very fast and kind. I'd definitely recommend this app.

Support has been top-notch to date. Mandy is always just an email away and made the changes I needed using a staff account on my store. The app itself seems much simpler than other tracking apps I have experimented with and the track your order page on my store looks fantastic! :)

Great app to increase transparincy about the delivery time. People will contact you alot lesser. Had some issues because my supplier changed the koerier method. Support did help me out.

Customer support is AMAZING and Tracktor gives my store such a great way for my customers to be really happy, keep tracking enquiry emails to a minimum, and an opportunity to upsell at the same time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ***

The App works perfect PLUS and thats best and important to me: the support is amazing! They even do stuff thats not in their profile like small layout stuff to make the tracktor page matching my Theme design - for free :)
