Does exactly what I need and more. Pricing is reasonable compared to a few others I checked
- Simple easy to use order status page that customers can self serve and view their shipment details. I was also able to integrate the order status link in the fulfilment email which goes to customers.
- Fulfillments and status page lets us quickly glance through and see if any orders haven't been delivered. A good way to check for follow ups and escalations with the delivery partner
- Mission control also gives a nice view of average delivery speed and where there have been exceptions
App was not tracking all our orders. We shipped over 200 orders and it only had 24 in its system.
I am very satisfied with Tracktor App! Detailed tracking and lightning-fast and very helpful support made my workflow easier and saved me unnecessary stress and loss of time! Thanks to the staff at Tracktor!
