We started out in Oct 14 with a new distribution business and selected TG after reviewing many. We have not been disappointed.
Its integration with both Shopify and then Xero on the back end is clever, intuitive, accurate and user freindly.
We then added ShopifyPOS to ipads and phones and handled cash and credit transactions at a major trade show. No hangups crashes or errors.
All these flowed thru TG accurately and into Xero in real time.
We like the way TG has evolved with further improvements (bulk printing of packing slips, invoices etc)
Try it, you'll like it.

Love it! Makes life so much easier for us and inventory control was a nightmare before it came along :)

Syncs brilliantly and works well with sales. Support team are quick to act and resolve small issues. We do all updates within TradeGecko and simply do the layout and hiding within Shopify.

Great program to manage our inventory and orders. Specifically designed for wholesale business. Supports multiple currencies which is feature we need as we we supply bikes in Canada and USA. Intuitive interface and easy to integrate multiple Shopify stores. Support team quickly responds to support inquiries. Fair pricing for what you get.

Pros: Integrates with e-commerce and accounting add ons. Manage inventory, Purchase orders, and customer orders. Purpose-built for wholesale businesses. Supports multiple currencies and warehouse locations. Includes B2B portal

Cons: Had a few issues with certain data not syncing properly. (Support team was quick to solve) Reporting functions could be improved to allow more customized reports.

We're UK based and been using TG for about two years now. We've looked at the other stock management systems available and TG is probably the best. It's come a long way in that time and continually improving too.

We hook it up to Shopify and Xero for accounting and they work well together. The B2B ordering system is a bit of a gem too - allowing stockists to see products and make orders at wholesale price.

Definitely some more to come, which I fully expect it will, and Support Desk is very good if you do have any issues.

After using Stitch Labs, we moved to Trade Gecko and are very happy with the change there is still room for improvement - but no system is perfect. The Integration to shopify is excellent... we do 95% of updates in TradeGecko and it auto updates. Very nice.

Our company distributes product through retail and online channels and we use a 3PL provider. Trade gecko has been easy to learn and use and i would recommend it. Some functional features to come i hope but for us a great tool.

I have been using TradeGecko for over a year now and have had it synced to Shopify since Sept . It seamlessly pulls orders through from Shopify and creates customer accounts in Trade Gecko and also in my case pushes info in to Xero as well. It keeps all the stock levels correct in Shopify and the reporting fuctions are getting better and better.
It really is a easy to grasp system and I would highly recommend it .

We have been using trade gecko for a number of months now and it is certainly a great solution for what we needed. While it has lots of functions that we could not live without and does them quite well there are a number of things that could be implemented that would round the program off nicely.

1. Ability to add local import tariffs in a different currency to what the order was placed in, this is mentioned in another review also. This can be worked around by converting the local charges to the order currency manually and using the converted figure when adding landed costs.

2.Being able to edit an invoice once it is created

3. Having a stock location that can keep stock, but cannot be sold from that location through shopify or the B2B automatically.

4. The ability to backorder products on the B2B but not on Shopify.

Other than that its definitely worth a go to see if it fits your business.

TradeGecko is an amazing order management system and definitely worth its weight in price. The value you get in features and support is unmatched, and they are always improving and adding new/better functionality.

Of course, there's always opportunity for improvement and it's not perfect but their support is quick to respond and always on the ball.

If you're running an e-commerce business and need a solid order management and inventory system, this is it.
