TradeGecko solved my most important problem; how to sell items from different warehouses using the Shopify POS. It also does everything you could want in an inventory management app and They are constantly updating their features.
Has been using tradegecko for months and it help me to reduce workload for during backorder and report for sales. And keep record for the COGs (previously manual or untracked)

We've been using TradeGecko for about 6 months now, and have really enjoyed it so far. The B2B app for iPad has made our sales force incredibly happy. We defnitely seem to be the only ones using digital ordering for the majority of our customers. Entering PO's has become incredibly easy, and processing them through the portal has been super easy. Inventory management has been good too, but adjustments tend to be a bit clunky. Have a few issues now and then with information sync's between Shopify and TG. Also have minor issue with support being a bit of a lag, but honestly, best inventory product out there, you just have to work through it.
We've been using TradeGecko for the past 9 months and love it! TradeGecko integrates perfectly with Shopify and Quickbooks. The system makes everything happen in one place, your customer places their order on your shopify account and it instantly pops up in your TradeGecko account for approval, picking and shipping. At the same time we can place orders on the system in our offices and the stock all updates across TradeGecko and Shopify.
We have required support a few times when starting out to help us set things up to suit us and we have had excellent help every time and usually a follow up email just to make sure everything is sorted.
We have recommended TradeGecko to a number of people and are very happy we decided to go with them, life is a little simpler for us now.

We no longer use Tradegecko, but they are requesting that we take down our review or continue to pay the fees in order for us to access our data, which we need for our year end audit.
There is no way that Tradegecko should be getting near a 5 star rating. Our previous review along with many other 1 and 2 stars have been deleted from this site.
We have had nothing but problems with our Shopify-Tradegecko-Xero setup since starting our business in 2014. The problem, which Tradegecko cannot fix, is that not all orders will sync correctly with Xero.
This means that we are left to reconcile sales and payments manually almost on a daily basis. It can take as little as 20 minutes to over 3 hours to fix. This wastes our time and costs us about US$1,000 extra on accounting fees per month.
We have spent over a year with technical support at Tradegecko. It is a very frustrating experience being passed from one person to another, and having to repeat your issues again and again.
Tradegecko has also caused issues with our audit, which is very painful.
We have migrated to Dear Systems, which we already use for another business and which works perfectly. We strongly recommend against using Tradegecko, it has been the single biggest pain for us as a new start up retailer.

What a waste of time! Needed help, many things were not working, TradeGecko's phone system started making me laugh, instead of being frustrated, because it was so bad. Don't sign up!
TradeGecko gave us a cost effective way to manage our inventory (1400+ SKU's, 14,000+ products in an 8000 sq ft warehouse) and publish our inventory into a highly visible commerce platform (Shopify).
Having the ability to know real time inventory levels, pricing and bin location has saved a HUGE amount of busy work. Knowing bin locations and quantities by SKU saves us a huge amount of time...
When we update pricing in TradeGecko, the pricing and quantities are reflected in our Shopify Store.
We tried a lot of trial software and services, some proprietary software, various commerce platforms and found that the best way to get our inventory into a database, synced to a shopping cart, indexed on google, promoted with a relevant campaign in Adwords and track performance in analytics... was with TradeGecko/Shopify combo.

I can definitely recommend Trade Gecko for those who want to integrate a B2B or wholesale service into their Sopify page. It is very user friendly and if you need assistance, like I did, the people at Trade Gecko are quick to answer you e-mails and phone calls and help you out. I didn´t need much assistance because it is so easy to use, the setup really guides you through the process.
