Unfortunately, after posting a 3 star review with my honest feedback on how my first month went I want contacted by there team and told “ Please let me know once the review has been removed, so we can continue moving forward.”
I’ve immediately asked for my account to be cancelled and be issued a full refund.

This is my second month using this app, but so far, the results have been disappointing. In the first month, I got two sales, but both were for free digital downloads—and both turned out to be spam orders with fake email addresses. I’m also questioning the accuracy of the targeting, as 90% of visitors left within a second without browsing my shop. My store is well-optimized and engaging, so I don’t believe the issue is on my end.
That said, I know there’s a learning period, so I’m giving it another month or two to see if things improve. I’m hopeful that the team behind this app is actively optimizing and working toward real results rather than just collecting money—but it’s hard to tell sometimes. I’ll continue to leave updated reviews each month to share my experience.
We have seen fantastic engagement and 2 fold increased sales within the first week. Emma has been very helpful with making adjustments to our campaign. We are delighted with the initial results and we look forward to a long relationship. I was initially skeptical, but I can't deny the results.
