if there was a zero star , i would definitely give them zero , their support team offered me to help installation . after few hours i noticed that they have messed up my store`s coding and my store got broken because of them . as a result , lost few hundreds dollars in sales and now they are just saying sorry . the worst app ever . never go for it .NEVER EVER. (10 of December update to my comment ) I am updating my review again , your technical team says that they want to send me back my subscription fee , how about my 600$ loss because of your technical team mistake , how they let themselves to touch my theme coding ? who gave them the permission to do that ? I have spent 24 hours to check everything to see if it works correctly and now you say you want to send me back my subscription fee ? is that how you support your members , or all of these reviews here that say you have good customer support are fake ? me and everyone else who want to use this app want to see how you cover your own mistake . and then you can ask me again to delete my 1 star review here !!!!! that is when I may delete my review here . not before that. and how you can ask me to re-install back the app ? how could I trust you? Haven’t you done enough with my store ? it looks like a joke , guys never go for them , you might loose whatever you have . guys before fall in trap of 5 stars reviews .read the one star reviews of other people here. (11 of December update to my comment ) still no news about my refund and covering my loss ? they promised us to cover our loss (600 dollar ) and refund our subscription fee ? no news and no one replies .more looks like a scam as so far happened to me . really be careful and do not fall into their traps , I keep updating you here each time .

Regarding to your concern, your switcher bar has not been shown on your mobile, so we have checked and fixed it already. Unfortunately, because of incompatible between your theme and our code, so the error happened and affected your theme. From our side, once the error happened, we also realized and fixed it by hiding our code as a temporary solution.

However, when our Dev team has been investigating to check and have a resolution, you uninstalled our app already. Could you please consider to re-install our app and let us have the last chance to support you with highest priority? We very much appreciate your business and hope that you will remain a valued customer.

Worst app! Doesn't solved my issue and wanted full access of my site!!! I don't give access and they remove my switcher!! I can't believe they did this!

First of all, we fully take responsibility because she did not explain clearly why she need your store access, we already gave her feedback to avoid it in the future. As you mentioned that she removed your switcher, for making it clear we did not remove or edit anything without your approval, the switcher is not showing because of some incomplete settings in app as well as from Shopify market

No idea if the app is good, but there is no free plan as promised in the description. But the support team was quick to explain at least

Buggy! Translated only parts of the page. Screwed up the reviews from Judge.me altough they write that they integrate with Judge.me and now all my reviews are gone after I allowed them access to my site. Now I have to ask support from Judge me to rectify the problem and hope nothing worse then that.

The support is awesome, got helped all the way through the process of installing it. I have only tested the app a for a couple of minutes but the translations seem accurate. The one thing that king of dissapointed me was that on the shopify store it gives a free plan as an option, but that plan is only available for very new stores. *UPDATE*
I decided to update my review to 1 star because of the support. I asked to move the widget to a custom location, which they were happy to do. When placed at that location the mobile version of the widget didn't work so I asked for a fix. It took a while for them to understand why it did not work, which is understandable. The only fix was to move to the footer, when doing this my theme layout got messed up and the support has just stopped responding. Worst of all, this whole thing has already taken 6 hours, and is still not fixed.

Useless. It drained all my words by translating english to english. Also ongoing translation was not able to be cancelled. No warning that only 3% of the website was going to be translated (We accidentaly chose a category og 67.000 pages and was not able to stop it. We spoke to support and they stopped replying. Also, the support was calling me "Dear" all the time, who does that? Wasted 40 USD.

As I have checked your case and seen that you accidentally choose your collection page to translate, unfortunately this page has too much words, so your available words run out. However, our app has not yet the function to stop translation once you press the button "translate", also the translated words cannot be reverted.

For your case, firstly I would like to recommend that you can buy more words to translate. Secondly, if the translation does not reach your expectation, you can edit it manually from our app.

Since you uninstalled our app already, could you please consider to reinstall our app and let us have a chance to support you with the highest priority Besides that, you are having an active chat with my colleague, please let them know if you need further support.

Not usefull for shop with 1000 products and huge menu! Saving each manual line to edit take 7-20 seconds. You can not search for missing wrong translations. Please write in desc . that app is usefull only for small shops for 10-50 products maybe...

Regarding to your issues as following:

Firstly, the loading speed of back-end, it depends on how many pages as well as languages you're translating, it means the more pages or languages you have, the slow loading speed it should be. As your store has around 1000 products, it's hard to avoid the slow loading speed, however we will take this disadvantage to optimize the loading speed from back-end for store with a huge amount of products as well as different kinds of pages

Secondly, to find your words on homepage, unfortunately it does not have a search bar to find the word to edit, however you can find it by pressing ctrl+F as a temporary way. Meanwhile the functions including search bar, replace translation are on our roadmap and will be released soon.

4 hours to translate 1 single page (with the help of the support team)..

I don't write reviews often, but for this one I have to. I've tried this app due to the good reviews, but was far from good unfortunately. The interface was difficult to navigate and I had trouble finding the right sections to translate. Additionally, the support team tried tried their best, but didn't also know how some functions in their app works.... As a result, I ultimately decided to delete the app and unfortunately this experience cost me approximately 4 hours.

The chat support seems more interested on getting reviews than ensuring I got the app correctly installed. Right after each question I had related to the recent installation they just kept asking for this review. Poot translation. Uninstalled within the first 2 hours.
