It has been nearly 2 years since we installed Transcy. I did a huge study among all translation apps, and, prior to working with them, we chose Transcy because it looked like their Services Vs Price seemed to be the best. After 4 months with them, I absolutely recommend this app for several reasons:
1. Customer support is instant and they solved all my issues. Always wanting to help and I always get everything fixed. If they don't fix it on the moment, some hours later they send us an email telling me it's done.
2. You have 5 languages for the smaller price, and it's easy to configurate. If you don't get to do something, they will always help you.
3. The app is easy to understand and content is translated automatically. 4. Best price vs service This is the ONE app I would never remove.
Its being more usable every update they do.

The app works fine for me, But er don't understand why the product page says "translate needed" after I just have translated. It is like it chances after some time. It is always green before I activate the product but next time I check it says "translate needed"

Regarding to your issue as "Update needed" status, for making it clear this status will show in-app when section/page has been translated before, but there are some parts/elements in that section/page still have not been translated completely, or its content was already updated/changed recently.
However, for your case the status shown after you just translated, we need to investigate further. As I have seen that my colleague has called and sent some follow-up email, but we have not got your response, please kindly check your the relevant active chat in-app and email and then get back to us, so we can help you out as soon as possible.
