Geweldig.
Elke keer als ik een vraag heb word ik snel geholpen en is het probleem vrijwel altijd binnen enkele minuten opgelost.
Ik ben gewend aan de support van Lightspeed (een andere SAAS-platform) waar de service ronduit waardeloos is t.o.v. Shopify en haar partners.
Ik zal meer tijd gaan steken in Shopify.
Update: The 3rd party app translations sometimes overwrite already applied translations inside transcy. It's a nightmare to get this sorted (I've been going on about 3 weeks trying to get this done now). The app works fine, but it overwriting itself is a massive problem.
I had some questions on putting the switcher in a specific spot in my theme and was helped super fast (on a weekend day, even) which I really appreciate.
The app is very extensive and takes a bit of getting used to, but everything is done very intuitively and after learning how to work with it, it's absolutely perfect for both language and currency efforts.

The plug-in works really well and is fairly priced. Also the service was beyond amazing. I had the chance to work with Flora and you can tell she was taking extra care to offer me the greatest experience possible. I was able to have exactly what we need our switcher to look like on all screen resolution the same day we ask, so the service was way beyond my expectation. I strongly recommend people to use this tool for multilingual shopify site! :) I feel like if I need significant custom change overtime, the developper team might consider my demand more than other shopify translation plug-in, because this company seems to be really customer oriented! I think it’s gonna be a longterm partnership between us… cheers! :)
