I wanted to be able to give customers or shoppers the ability to browse the website in their own language or currency. Being able to translate the website to one's own language helps to increase your market size aka who you will be able to sell to and make more revenue as well as solve their problems.

I didn't want language or currency to be a factor in not making a purchase. So I went ahead and searched language translation apps for Shopify.

At first it was a bit confusing on how to make all the translations go through, but after a week and a half of going back and forth with the customer support team, I was able to make my vision into a reality.

The customer support team is super friendly, helpful, fast to respond, as well as there to support even during my time to sleep at night!

Highly recommend.

I chose $19.9. This software is very easy to use, and the function control interface is very clear. The most important thing is that I have received very high-quality service from the software team. Every time, the technical customer service team can reply to my messages in a timely manner and solve my problems efficiently. Even if some problems are more difficult, they will try their best to help me find the reasons and give reasonable and sincere suggestions. When I need to wait, I will be notified in advance, instead of making me feel annoyed because I don't know the situation. In general, this is an excellent software, and it also has a group of excellent technical service teams. Choose them with confidence.

Amazing App and even better support.

I have never left a review before on an App but with Transcy I have to.

I have been planning to translate our website for a long time and researched every app before doing so, I tried a few before trying transcy and the others were just not very easy to use or didn't have the full features that transcy does for editing.

For anyone looking for a translation app for their store and are unsure what to choose Transcy is the one.

Definitely recommend!

I was a little sceptical in the beginning as it isn't necessarily a cheap option as most users who look to get this app would like more than 2 languages. But I was glad that I decided to do it the customer service was very good and they were able to change certain things for me that I didn't know how to do as I was new to the app.

All in all, it is a good app and if you are looking to translate your store this is worth the price!

Very happy with everything. Translating a whole website is a lot of work so this app can really help with this.
Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the content to translate but if you spend some time in this APP you will figure it out.
Now you can only do all or nothing.
But overall 5 stars, good support very helpful.

While the app itself is still growing and lacks some features in order to reach its full potential, the amazing support makes up for it - they will go over borders and barriers to ensure you end up with what you want. If you are still not convinced with Transcy (maybe they lack 1 important feature, etc) my suggestion is to talk to them, because they may be able to do it.

I find the app relatively intuitive, has a considerable number of features and an excellent support staff that'll assist you. I myself found that the support actually provided not only a step by step walkthrough about how to fix issues, but helped me to fix issues on my store page I didn't even know were there. 10/10 assistance from Zenny in particular.

The App works great, especially using the machine translate option. It's still a lengthy manual process checking everything but overall, it's very convenient. Shoutout to the Customer Service Team. They do a great job and reply immediately with helpful tips, screenshots or links. This helps a lot during setup or if you can't find the right place to change a translation.

I highly recommend the Transcy App for Shopify! It has proven to be an indispensable tool for my international business strategy. The app is user-friendly, responsive, and makes translating and localizing the store a breeze.

However, what really sets this app apart is the outstanding customer service. I would like to single out Ande in particular at this point. From the very beginning, he was extremely supportive and spared no effort to make sure everything was set up perfectly.
