There were a few limitations wrt. 3rd party translations and currency displays. All in all a great app, easy to use and navigate. Quick response from support team is always a plus!

The support from Transcy was so much better than most I have used, especially when I am only using the free version of the plugin at the moment.

Superbe équipe très réactive, très gentilles et qui résout tous mes soucis. Par contre certaines traductions ont dû être retraduites plusieurs fois alors que ça avaient déjà été fait. Sinon dans l'ensemble je suis contente.

This APP constantly changes this and that making us hard to follow. But luckily their online support is not bad. Above and Beyond Expectation.

Support war gut bis sehr gut, Qualität der KI Übersetzung allerdings mangelhaft. In unserem Fall ist viel nachzubearbeiten, sonst steht im Englischen schon nonsense da. Da wir nur englisch können, verzichten wir lieber auf weitere Sprachen die uns das System anbietet.

Ca. 5-10% der übersetzten Wörter und Begriffe sind falsch übersetzt. Da muss die KI noch ein paar Stunden (Wochen, Jahre?) auf die Schulbank, so geht's leider noch nicht.

I had avoided for years tranlsation apps as the the quality was so poor. Transcy offers such a great service with the combination of machine translating and a built in freelance service, which can be scheduled on a granular level.
