It took us a while to get everything related to translating a complex custom theme into 10 languages organized and live, but the Transcy team was incredibly responsive and helpful at every step of the way. I have installed the app today and started extensively testing - had to contact support as we have a lot of custom code and also I did not read the knowledge base. Alene from support support was absolutley amazing and walked me through all the steps and helped me fix all issues. I will update the review once we finish translating the entire website.
