First I had problems with the installation of the application, but I contacted them and they were very helpful, they did not rest until they got my store working as I expected. I'm starting my trial period and I think I'm going to stay with them. Great service, I highly recommend them.

Seemed to load fine and the chat folks are very pro active, got me up and running in a jiffy. I'll reserve the right to cast final judgement after its been running for more than 5 minutes - but so far all is perfect!

I highly recommend the Transcy App for Shopify! It has proven to be an indispensable tool for my international business strategy. The app is user-friendly, responsive, and makes translating and localizing the store a breeze.

However, what really sets this app apart is the outstanding customer service. I would like to single out Ande in particular at this point. From the very beginning, he was extremely supportive and spared no effort to make sure everything was set up perfectly. Free version only applies to the stores created within 60 days. Also I activated the free period to see the performance before buying. The app added words before and after every single translation without giving a warning. It destroyed my previous translations which cost me hours to fix.
