Really happy with this app. I did not want to spend money but the "free" apps are so low quality in my opinion. The customer service is great. It's friday night and I was able to find someone who can assist me.

New apps are installed on my website and I always have no clue. Especially when I want to design the app in the style of my website, the customer service of this app always appears in time, which is very useful for people like us who don’t understand code. It can be said to be a very good app.

Great app, great team! My store's language needs are minimal, so I opted for the free version. Nonetheless, it's packed with features, has a sleek UI, and the team is quick to respond, eagerly helping me solve issues. Big thanks to Teresa and the other folks who assisted me yesterday. Customer support is great, helped me setting up the app and resolving all the bugs! Also the translation quality is better than another app I used and it was way easier and faster to translate everything. I still need to evaluate how this app will affect my conversion rate

When I started one of these standard chat-logs in the new app I could never expected to receive that kind of customer service - everything was very professional and helpful from start to the end. Absolutely amazing experience and I am forever thankful to Giselle as she solved million problems that I had and was very gracious and supporting along the way.
Beautiful and well designed app and EXCELLENT customer support. I LOVED IT!!!
