I have just started using this app for my store , it's User-friendly, quick support is available and functionality looks pretty good and accurate.

De klantenservice is fantastisch! Grootste gedeelte van de app werkt ook perfect, maar helaas toch niet volledig zonder problemen, waardoor bepaalde functies binnen de winkel wel eens uitvallen.

Great support! Works very well for the price. Fanny and Liz were very helpful setting me up. Only downside is that you need the top package to replace your logo.

Originaire de France, je viens de créer mon e-commerce sur Shopify et il me fallait un moyen pour faire la traduction et la conversion monétaire. Aux vues des avis, Transcy semble être une très bonne solution. A voir sur le long terme.

The app itself is really great. The customer support seems 24/7 with little wait time.
The only big issue I have had was trying to set it up. I wanted 5 languages and 5 currencys. I had over 1000 products. The changes I was trying to make in the backend were not showing in the backend but were showing on the website, but I did not know that at the time. It was really frustrating. It wasn't a cache issue, it was just the app not updating backend, so you never knew if you set it up correctly. They said they know about it and are trying to fix it. So the set up for me was not a good experience otherwise I would give it a 5.
