The app navigation is not the most intuitive, and manual translation almost always result in a coding error -- these two problems mean that I always have to contact their customer service, which is actually the strongest aspect of the app -- their chat is very active, and someone always responds in minutes. However, it would be neat if that wasn't necessary, and some of the bugs weren't there.
