Perfect support, it was fast and great. Just the way I like it.
The only things that were wrong were the application itself which at times was not very easy to use and had some bugs. But everything is fine after the help of the support...

I wish there were at least the option of 5 languages for free. However I will try to make it work for as long as I can.

Very happy with the customer service. When i can not find some things, the customer service is fast to help me. But only sometimes i can not find a text i want to edit or translate.

App is very well integrated and the only language app I found to be helpful. other apps on the app platform don't support the language feature very well

Great app overall. I appreciate customer service through the chat, every technical problem was solved so far. Downsides: Automated French translation needs improvement to be completely accurate and fluent. I have to do adjustments and corrections manually which is time consuming and sometimes frustrating. I would still recommend the app as the value for money is good.
