Regarding to your concern, the main reason why you got two different charges is because you switched from lower annual charge to higher annual charge and the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle according to Shopify Policy

Absolute worst app we ever tried in 4 years.
We tried to have this app working for soon 6 months and here are a list of things you should know before downloading it:
- You will have to update EVERY single place manually on the website in ALL your languages. No matter if you update a landing page picture or just a single word you will MANUALLY have to sync ALL your languages.
- Editing is a PAIN - you have to click back and fourth in all the tabs and if you have 11 pages for just one section is will take you back to page 1 every single time. Known error by Transcy but not fixed.
- Support is really not at all what the positive reviews describe. Support says they fixed an error and then it is fixed but the next day it is back again.
Can not recommend at all and request a refund for our 6 months of lost time on this app

Honestly, I don't get the positive reviews... The translations are not really better than the native app and it's quite expensive for what it is. The most annoying part is that the app is PACKED with unwanted Ads! You are abusing the fact that I allowed your app to be in my store to show me sponsored content that I never asked for - this is an absolute NO GO! If I pay for an app, I do NOT wish to see ANY adverts there. Period.

This translation app is such a nightmare. It doesn't translate all website sections properly and the support is an utter joke. Also, theyve just raised their prices by 50%. I wouldn't recommend!

Terrible! stay away from it if you want an app that works and support team that helps.
We used this app for quite some time and realised, that the auto-switcher is not working. It took us 5(!!!) days and several hours, videos, calls, etc to convince them that the problem is there. Unfortunately they just test on Windows and dont care about Android or iOS devices.
After we convinced that the app does not work properly they have been working on it for another 5 days without any result. we are getting the usually apologies and appeasements but losing hundreds of ad dollars because of the app.
If you are looking for an app dont get this. It is nerve wrecking and useless.
