Great app overall. I appreciate customer service through the chat, every technical problem was solved so far. Downsides: Automated French translation needs improvement to be completely accurate and fluent. I have to do adjustments and corrections manually which is time consuming and sometimes frustrating. I would still recommend the app as the value for money is good.

I think the app does mostly well and customer support is quite goal orientated but we had some bugs to fix which really took a day..
Except for the bugs I would recommend it and also the kind lady from the support!
This solution does not have an option to translate more than 1000 products in their most advanced pricing plan. The support department has reached to me to get the proper support. They explained the issue and a work around. Looking forward to the updated version.

I really like how he he was nice helping me with very basic not so basic stuff and was patient at the same time. One thing i didnt like about the app is sharing the passwort with a stranger and i thought about unstalling the app eventhough I know he'll help me . It just wasn't comfortable , yet he was understanding , not pushy and continued to help me.
