I am very disappointed to be honest.

1) We have thousands of products and a lot of them Archived (stopped selling). There is no way how to filter out those products for translation. Only available filter is by translation status. Useless at the beginning. Nor filtration by vendor, tag, anything. So our 5000 products is a big mess Active/Archived mixed and very hard to manage.

2) Metafields translation my god. Again a big mess. No filtration by metafield name or type or anything. Imagine 5000 products with metafields. Its only one big pile of mess with system/apps metafields mixed together.

3) Support not very helpful. Not even able to understand what I was asking about.

Maybe I am missing something but this is very hard to work with if you have more than 100 products in my opinion.

1. Transcy allows filtering of the product status (Active, Draft, and Archive). This is a mistake from our support team for not provide this information to you. We are working on this to make sure it won't happen again

2. We know it might be hard for you to manage the metafields' translations. We will keep improving this to provide a better experience for our users.

I wanted to translate my store into spanish and this app did this automatically for me. Clara has been really helpful as I had a few technical errors and she managed to solve them quickly for me. I highly recommend her service
