Only starting to use the app but so far extremely impressed by the funtionality. 1st class support provided at setup with a support agent who ensures you get the best result from the app. Top class customer service.

Unbelievable great support! Shen helped thru the onboarding process and fixed every minor issue as if the website is her own! (note: the minor bugs occurred because we have a custom-coded theme)

Terrible experience, the application leaves too many objects or words untranslated, and the manual translation does not work or works poorly, adds unwanted labels to the translations. The worst thing is that when you uninstall the application, the damage is done.
