The app works great at providing my site a Spanish option. I do wish Latin-American Spanish would be an option as quite a few words are said differently and might be confusing to my audience. Otherwise it is a great option and customer support (Jennifer in particular) has been amazing at helping me with any questions.
Jennifer was great, she helped me fixed my problem within five minutes. This app also helps for new users with better experience. thank you
I was testing how the language versions work, the free plan. The support was awesome, very friendly and quick. I did not test other than the free plan features!

Overall the service is super smart and makes webshops in multiple languages possible and affordable for small and medium sized companies. Bugs and weird translations now and then makes it crucial that the pages are reviewed quite often which takes time. It would be nice if the currency section allows custom prices as well as automatic exchanges. So that one can enter custom prices for different markets. This would especially be useful if the store offers worldwide free shipping.

Regarding to your concerns, at the moment, you cannot set or edit the currency conversions (Exchange rates) in Transcy by yourself because we get all data of the Exchange rate directly from European Central Bank system. Also with this new update, we're so happy to bring a brand-new function is Auto Switch Currency based on visitor's location.
