The app is great, saved me a lot of troubles, the support is awesome, today Andrew helped me a lot with everything i needed to fix.
Serenaa did a great job guiding me through the setup. Quick communication with just a few words exchanged I was able to translate my whole store. You are missing on this one guys, if you are not using it!

This is the perfect app for translating into various languages. Some parts can be a bit confusing, but their online live chat is very efficient at solving problems. I would have given it 5 stars. The only reason for a 4-star is that their price structure can get quite expensive as you scale your business, but this is only a concern for very large-scale stores.

The app navigation is not the most intuitive, and manual translation almost always result in a coding error -- these two problems mean that I always have to contact their customer service, which is actually the strongest aspect of the app -- their chat is very active, and someone always responds in minutes. However, it would be neat if that wasn't necessary, and some of the bugs weren't there.

With the coding error, it means the transcy "tag" showing when you edit your manual translation, it's a known issue and we're finding the relevant solution to remove it completely in the near future

Bugs, bugs, bugs 2-3 bugs per week, they have very fast customer service actually but i need to keep an eye on this app every day so that it doesnt destroy our company, there was a bug where it was duplicating the price digits from 98 to 9998 and made zero sales on that day trying to figure out what was going on... turns out that Transcy had ANOTHER one bug...

- For the duplicating price digits, please be advised that this issue is coming from other app which conflicts with Shopify's currency format. After that, we have corrected its format for you and it's now showing properly. For other related issues, they're fixed as well, please kindly check it again
