I'm giving this 5 starts but keep the following in mind:
1. I just started using this less than an hour ago and I received a proactive support, which I have to admit was very good.
2. I cannot guarantee this great support will continue beyond my review because I just started using this app; so of course they are incentivicing me to make a review quite early on.
3. If this app continues to provide a great support, Eloise was the person who took care of my first interaction and she was great :)

So far, I love this app. I can customize the widget translate on desktop and mobile easily. I was able to put the widget to the top corner and it's great when you have text on the top bar.

There is some issues in app usage due to specific of shop, however support is on excellent level and fix all reported issues fast and professionally. Great app to recommend.
