It's very easy to ask for support for this app. There is always someone to answer your query in less than 2 minutes of waiting. Jennifer gained my trust in Transcy making me upgrade to Economy Plan; while Teresa finally resolved my other concerns. I'm going to upgrade to Essential Plan the moment I already have sufficient revenue for the upgrade. Keep it up!
