Seems to work very well. Had one problem with decimal places on currency conversions, was sorted very quickly with a help request.

It took us a while to get everything related to translating a complex custom theme into 10 languages organized and live, but the Transcy team was incredibly responsive and helpful at every step of the way. Had some minor issues with the app and then contacted their support and Polaris was extremely fast on fixing the problem and keeping me updated about it. I'm very pleased with their service and the actual app does translate very well ! I'd recommend in a heartbeat

I had a minor issue with Shopify product variants not displaying after switching the language, using the Transcy app.

Easy to use, yet complex enough to handle the needs of an established midsize brand. Support is over the top helpful, many things we had thought we would need developer help for were resolved via a simple chat with Giselle and the other helpful reps. Only about a month in, but loving it so far!
