Just one word: Amazing. Very satisfied with the app and I've never thought that I'll say that one day but their support is just out of this world. As soon as you're setting up the app someone ine the next 5 min will contact you and help you fix some things or in general help you. And no, it's not a robot - it's a REAL person. A W E S O M E! The Transcy app is amazing once you learn how to set things up properly. Our website has now been translated to over 25 languages thanks to this app. Their customer service and development/tech team provided stellar support to resolve some pretty complex issues that we were having. They even worked with us throughout the weekend and handled all of our questions and inquiries with proficiency and competence. We highly recommend this app.

Excellent service from customer helpdesk and special thanks to Alene. Integrated the language switcher into my theme seamlessly. Looks good on desktop and mobile view. Very fair price plan, loads quickly in the Store Admin which is an issue with some other apps I tried out. Very much recommend Transcy.

i used the free trial plan to translate to local language. there were some issues in the setup stage, but the customer service lady Nancy was extremely helpful and patient. As a SMB struggling to do everything on my own, it was so nice to have someone so helpful!
