At first i didnt trust this app but after working with the support team i gained trust. Scarlet was amazing and verry polite with solving the problems for my store. Her team connected to my shop and solved the problem. I recommend this app if you search for translating your website.

The best support! It seems they have a lot of work because they don't answer immediately but they are super professionals. I gave up from another app because they couldn't help me solve the problem connected with my theme and the translator app. But here this people support till the end. The last days (10-11 and15 - 16 Nov), my website has run into a lot of issues for no specific reasons. Transcy has been great. They are there on the bit, providing the right support and trying their best to resolve any technical issue.
First of all, great app. But the best part is the support team! Since it is difficult in the first part to setup a multi-lang store, they will help you with absolutely everything in little to no time. Found it amazing working with them!
