The customer support is so good. I asked a lot of questions to John from the app, and he always give me answers. The app UI dashboard is clear to use and also provides video tutorials explaining how to set up on Shopify Store. I do recommend Trancy to other merchants or store owners.

This app is amazing so far with so many features (auto update language translation, translate any content in front-end and add images for every translated version) to reach our consumer base.
