Horrible translation to portuguese. If you have colors as part of variants they will not translate. For example, "orange" according to the support team it is not translated because it is complex. A lot of bugs specially with currency conversion. If you need portuguese, stay away.

In relation to your issues as following:
1. Our app has realized that most of variant's translation like color as well as size will be translated inaccurately or its format will be broken into other languages, so once you press the button "translate" we will keep its content in target language as same as original in default language. As a result, to avoid this problem please help me go to each of them to edit for the best translation quality as your preference
2. For currency issue, we have seen that one of our colleagues is following your case, he gave you a clear explanation, please kindly check your email and let him know if you need further support.

Very bad user navigation, I get a lot problems with my store translation. The user interface don't scrolling down its very lag. I want to cancel my subscription but i don't see in any where to cancel, it this is another fall.I uninstall my app, but the company charge my the middle plan price ($17.90). When I reinstall my app to see if its work better, the app say that I need to pay the same tariff again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!

In relation to your problem as following:
1. You said that "I get a lot problems with my store translation and The user interface don't scrolling down its very lag", please elaborate your concern along with your screenshot so we can help you further.
2. To cancel your subscription, you have to uninstall our app from Shopify admin then the subscription will be cancelled as well. You won't be charged on next billing.
3. App charge, for making it clear that within 30 days of your current billing cycle, you can uninstall and re-install our app several times without being double charge or multiple charges on your billing payment. (Just approve the charge, and you won't be billed twice)

Very bad app and it is not working properly , broke 10 time for one week .Big problem for me and lost a lot of customers !!! NOT working good !!! Last time i had a lot of people contacting me to complain about the language problem !

they provide Chinese traditional language but the translation is totally wrong and they didn't have the Chinese Hong Kong Icon and wording. the staff should have more training before the start with their work. instead of checking he only said "unfortunately" and this guy is work in CS team. thanks to Raymond to lost 1 customer

Regarding to your concerns as following:
1. Firstly, in case your translation does not reach your expectation, you can edit it manually in our app.
2. "they didn't have the Chinese Hong Kong Icon and wording", for making it clear, we would like to explain that the flag (icon) and its description were synced automatically from Shopify, it's a limitation from Shopify. However, we are having an internal discussion with Shopify to improve it in the better way.
3. We will note your feedback in relation to my colleague as his supporting skill about your case, also this feedback would be helpful for us to take this disadvantage experience to improve our supporting skills. Once again, we extremely apologize for this unfortunately situation which occurred to you.

I haven't started using it yet but the setup went very smooth with all the help I was receiving from the customer service. Big help!! Thanks.
UPDATE- I've now started using the app, very disappointed since I've already spent much time translating a lot but customer service does not help me to solve my problems or questions. They answer slow and don't have any type of knowledge needed to help. The translating is not very well so you need to sit and go through every little page translated to make sure it is correctly spelled. Super time-consuming. I will stop using this app.

Terrible app, reviews are most likely fudged. I don't know what I could do wrong, I did everything according to the instructions which I reviewed 10 times, support helped me, but still problems remained. If you make a small change/add a product - sit in the settings for hours (considering that support helps you). Currencies, languages - there are always problems with everything. I don't recommend this app if you care about your nerves.

We uninstalled this app once as the staff told us that Transcy is are not compatible with other 3rd party app. After we uninstalled, Transcy's staff Jennifer begged us to reinstalled so she will look into the problem and solve it. We reinstalled eventually and Transcy's dev team gave us the same answer of their incompatibility. We are highly unimpressed. Sorry but this app will waste your time. Do not try.

Cambio mi opinión, porque me solucionaron unos problemas pero me surgieron mas problemas en mi tienda con tema de códigos y demás, Ahora me toca pedir ayuda al soporte técnico del Tema para que me solucione estos Problemas, ya que no quiero dejar entrar más a esta app en mi cuenta. Si tengo surte me lo arreglaran, sino me tocara montar otra tienda Online...Además las palabras que te ofrecen por casi 20€ al mes son muy Limitadas, i si quieres más palabras a pagar más...

Update: After two weeks of live testing. Visitors droped 45%.... Sales droped over 50%. Some users from germany get the english version displayed and canceled the order. I have deleted the app. Old Rating: Easy Interface, Good Design and a smooth auto translation. You can also add manual translation after. Perfect & a very helpful team which guides you thru all the setup. Thank you.
