Unbelievable great support! Shen helped thru the onboarding process and fixed every minor issue as if the website is her own! (note: the minor bugs occurred because we have a custom-coded theme)

If you hesitate between this app and another, believe me, efficient and caring support always wins out over 1 or 2 gadgets.
