Update: The 3rd party app translations sometimes overwrite already applied translations inside transcy. It's a nightmare to get this sorted (I've been going on about 3 weeks trying to get this done now). The app works fine, but it overwriting itself is a massive problem.
I had some questions on putting the switcher in a specific spot in my theme and was helped super fast (on a weekend day, even) which I really appreciate.
The app is very extensive and takes a bit of getting used to, but everything is done very intuitively and after learning how to work with it, it's absolutely perfect for both language and currency efforts.

The app itself is really great. The customer support seems 24/7 with little wait time.
The only big issue I have had was trying to set it up. I wanted 5 languages and 5 currencys. I had over 1000 products. The changes I was trying to make in the backend were not showing in the backend but were showing on the website, but I did not know that at the time. It was really frustrating. It wasn't a cache issue, it was just the app not updating backend, so you never knew if you set it up correctly. They said they know about it and are trying to fix it. So the set up for me was not a good experience otherwise I would give it a 5.

Fairly useful application. Good technology. A bit scammy the way they pretend they are hellbent on increasing your website speed when this has slowed my website like no other app before it. Customer service was intelligent and thorough. A bit too personable for me, but I would boil that down to a matter of taste. Certainly the better imbalance relative to hostility. Fairly enjoyable troubleshooting experience overall. The translations were very good. All in all I would recommend this app to people that want an all in one solution to their language and currency qualms. I would not recommend this app to someone whose risk and reward ratio does not tilt in the favor of sacrificing website speed. Depends on the person. Should be fine for most. 4/5

For the page speed issue, the more third party apps you use, the slow page speed your store is, from our app after installing our app, it will not affect much your page speed, because we need the page loading a little bit to translate your page, meanwhile we have note your point to improve our app in the right way

The only problem is that it translates EVERYTHING even your product's name which really sucks. Because if you want to keep your product's name the same you'll need to upgrade to the premium plan so... But overall it's a good translator.

I use this help to help me add a second language to my website. Customer support is always able to help you. I don't like that it does automatically the 3rd party apps and you're not able to edit them. Other than that, I am satisfied with the experience so far.

5 stars for customer service. They respond very very fast and solve problems quickly. but only give 4 stars because of some translate issue. it sometimes would translate the code of my theme, so I have to edit the translation manually. That takes a lot of time.

This solution does not have an option to translate more than 1000 products in their most advanced pricing plan. The support department has reached to me to get the proper support. They explained the issue and a work around. Looking forward to the updated version.
