We have removed the app, have just started using Shippit and seems much better, and provides a much better customer service, and onboarding experience. They also provide access to cheaper quotes with Fastway & Couriers Please, and you can integrate your accounts. The icing on the cake is you can print the shipping labels from a click of a button, and the tracking label is automatically sent to your customer. Saves so much time.
