App worked for 1 day then stopped working. Zero communication available for support. Would be a great option if this worked. Hope you guys are working on it!!!

Horrible experience after waiting 2.5 weeks for couriers to pick up and countless emails to support which led to nothing but 5x the costs, a lost customer and using a different provider. At least they don’t care because their T&Cs say not their problem. Save your money and go elsewhere

Shopify also tried to get Transdirect to assist without success.

SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. WASTED TIME, MONEY, ENERGY & EFFORT ON A FLOP OF AN APP. I SAW THE CRAPPY REVIEWS & IGNORED THEM. DON'T BE AN IDIOT LIKE ME.

Poor customer Service, take ages to get back in touch, forget to respond to emails, Watch out for the Small Print on claiming Insurance, there is a $150 excess charge, Courier lost our order within their network, and Transdirect withheld over 50% of the total cost of our order. You can't integrate your Fastway or Couriers Please accounts so all live quotes are much more expensive v what you pay at booking so you lose customers, all I got told was an additional 5% discount was added to my orders. We have removed the app, have just started using Shippit and seems much better, and provides a much better customer service, and onboarding experience. They also provide access to cheaper quotes with Fastway & Couriers Please, and you can integrate your accounts. The icing on the cake is you can print the shipping labels from a click of a button, and the tracking label is automatically sent to your customer. Saves so much time.
