Shopify Translate & Adapt

Translation App is great, but -1 star because only 2 languages are possible to auto translate.. I mean... there's not even the option to upgrade to a paid version where more translations are possible...?! I would definitely buy it!

This is a gamechanger for internationalisation. Only the metaobjects could have been included from the start, one has to manually "auto-translate" each object. Or is there another method?

Trés pratique mais inconvénient lors des modifications de texte : non automatique et toute modification manuelle l'empêche de retraduire par la suite.

Translate & Adapt is OK but when you need to translate titles into another languages - words aren't always translated for no apparent reasons...

It takes ages to clear all the mess up...

If they can correct it then I would give 5 stars...

It's a very useful feature, but sometimes the translations aren't very good.

ّI have been using the app since the beginning of my store; it's doing great so far. I expect it to do more on the adapt side as well as enabling more than two languages.

The more you use it, the easier it gets.
There are so many options and functions that it's overwhelming at first, but like anything, if you give yourself the time to use it and play around with it, the easier and clearer it gets.
I used a Youtube tutorial to get started then the help functions in the app to continue to learn.
I highly recommend this app but also highly recommend starting off slow if you aren't overly computer literate.

The translations are quite OK considering it's free. However I'm facing an annoying problem - the app is using some old content from my first app installation a few months back. I had started translating but deinstalled the app as I didn't need it anymore. Last week I reinstalled it and I can see that the app used some of my old content. I cannot understand how it happened, but somehow the content has not been updated during the automatic translation of my shop. In consequence, the text is not properly translated. There's also no option to translate text on the main page. I'm translating from French to German - as I'm fluent in both, I can see that there are many mistakes which makes it look very unprofessional. I'd appreciate if someone could tell me how to reach the support team.

EDIT - Rich from the support team reached out to me 1-2 days after I submitted my review and provided concise explanations and the needed solutions for the issues I had been facing. I realized that I had overlooked the feature for editing the homepage directly in Translate&Adapt which I apology for. As I wrote before, the translations are good and the app is simple and straightforward to use (unless you overlook a feature like I did). The only negative point and the reason why I'm giving it 4* is because the app only allows you to translate the content into two languages although I assume most store owners would need to have their pages translated into at least 3 languages if they are active in or want to expand internationally. Hope that in the future a paid plan will be offered. I'd definitely pay for one or two more automatic translations. Other than that, I'm quite happy with the app as it perfectly fits my needs for now.

Very good translation. I am french but not a translator so this app was very useful. Had a few mistakes which I easily corrected. Overall it was very good.
