This is one of the best translation apps on the market, however, in our case, it had a few glitches/errors.
If these errors had actually been corrected by the technical team, this would now be a 5-star review with no cons to speak of.
However, there were errors, mostly to do with the app itself, which made it impossible to use their native tools (manual translation, gloassary, visual editor).
One of these errors was the visual editor: we've had this error unresolved for more than 2 months, with the team telling us from time to time that they're still aware of the error and are working to correct it... but the truth is that every month they charge us the monthly fee and if the error isn't corrected for a year, we'll be spending a whole year without using one of their main features?
Finally, I'd like to express my displeasure with their support, 95% of the time they put up a chatbot saying they're all busy and no one can take our call... when they do, they show a lack of consideration for their own customers by completely ignoring our messages...

The app is ok, however when you have a store of more than 3000 products it is becoming really complicated to work with the app.

- Bidirectional translation: I would like to be able to translate from/to any of the available languages.
- Bad UI, the "all" vs "not translated" doesn't make any sense. This must be improved.
- When manually translating, it is required to save each translation. It would be nice to have a "save all" translations.
- Manual translation pagination is way too short. It would be nice to have a longer list of elements.
- [SOLVED] To be able to write down the name of the language: In my case, the name is wrong, and the only solution was to hide the label.

I like the idea of this app, but it is not user friendly. I was able to add a drop down bar to my site for the languages, but, so far nothing has been translated. The tutorial videos are hard to see and can not be expanded to fit to screen. I will update this review if anything changes. After half an hour of fiddling with this I should have more than a drop down bar published on my site.

Depois de enviar dúvidas bem detalhadas, inclusive com imagens e receber respostas evasivas, sem clareza para nos ajudar, estou desinstalando e reinstalando pela última vez. Outra coisa. O suporte é muito demorado na resposta!!!!

App is pretty good. But missing a WYSIWYG editor, or a visual editor makes it very hard for non-technical staff to update translations. Pity everything else about it is great !
