semplice ed efficiente

It can be a little buggy and not that easy to grasp all the features at first. But the support team is always there to help fix issues. Tried other translation apps and this one is the best. Does what you expect, and for a fair price.

Great application with a great technical support! I had several technical issues and they've always been there for me and to fix them...

I give them only 4 stars because there are still a few things that are not perfect to me... like the first month I had to upgrade to the highest monthly plan ($99) in order to get my entire store translated with their AI translator, this is too expensive to me. There are occasionally 3rd party apps that requires technical support for a smooth translation because it's not appearing/populating in their app visual editor, like certain review apps. etc.

But overall it's rather a great app!

A specific feature we want is unavailable, but the support has been very responsive.

Na meerdere apps te hebben geprobeerd ben ik hier het meest blij mee. De support is ook erg fijn en behulpzaam.
Voordeel is dat deze de enige is voor mij die ook goed werkt met mijn 3th part app.

Excelente aplicacion para traducir cualquier tienda en shopify. Lo recomiendo. Tras probarlo en varios temas, la interfaz es bastante intuitiva y el resultado muy bueno. Para un pequeño comercio local sobra con la oferta de idiomas que te da, pero el coste de añadir idiomas extra tampoco es muy alto.

1. I had some errors/bugs after translation to German language.
2. I had bugs with visual editor.
3. There was also a problem with the translation credits. I purchased extra credits for the translation (more than 1 mln words), but half of them suddenly disappeared.

The support team resolved all these problems. Thank you!

My recommendation for merchants. If you want to ask something from support, send them an email. They don't answer in chat. I wrote several messages in chat but never got a reply.
