Hextom: Translate & Currency

I am currently using this app to help me translate my store. It works great. I needed help adjusting the language selector for my website on mobile. Their support team was on top of it and got it done within 2 days. Very happy with the product and the service.

Funciona muy bien y nos ha ayudado con la funcionalidad de seleccionar idiomas y moneda, se recomienda para empezar.

Really glad Shopify now allows us to have different store languages BUT of course not without an app like this that brings it all to life, not to mention their support is extremely helpful and very open to suggestions!

Tired of this app and their extremely slow support, if i had the time to translate my store with another app i would do it in a blink. I have to fix everything myself with this app, however their HTML editor is total garbage, can't even paste the HTML code by one of my products into it, formatting is off, filled with errors and bugs, there's a lot of guess work too, as to which products you are translating good luck, this app surely cost me a lot of time and headache :)

Abbiamo avuto esperienze con diverse App, e se tenete veramente al vostro business, questa è la prima a dover evitare. Piena di Bug che si intrecciano fra loro. In tutto questo l'assistenza non è mai online e ti risponde dopo giorni. Quindi per poter risolvere le problematiche i tempi diventano pressochè insostenibili. Non si giustificano e ti lasciano da solo a cercare di risolvere il tutto autonomamente senza nessun tipo di considerazione e occhi di riguardo nei confronti del cliente che paga l'abbonamento.

The app works almost flawlessly. We used the manual translation and it was easy. However the html sections are a bit cumbersome to fit in the translated text.

I am using the free version to translate my store into English manually and it is working very well! Thank you.

Interface is clear and simple to use, the translation are very well processed with instant loading times, it seems native. Support is great, very responsive, friendly and happy to help with any issue at all times. Thank you
