I am using this app since 2022. Very happy with the support. They are honest if there is a bug and kept me updated on the developments of the issue I had.

The app is easy to use and the AI fucntion does what it needs to do. I used other apps in the past that often created a lot of bugs etc.

Amazing customer service, solved my problem in a very responsive and quick way. I strongly recommend this app.

Finally an App that does what I need: detect ALL fields so I can translate them manually for free... We are completely satisfied with the results into German Danish and English

Great app that offers different ways of translating. Manual or Auto, and also supports adding your own translated product images for different languages. Some issues so come up, but support is always ready to help. Very quick and supportive, providing good solutions or fixing issues themselves. Thanks!

I’ve been using Hextom’s multi-language translation app on Shopify for almost a year, and it has been a great experience. The app is powerful, easy to use, and comes with clear tutorials. Its automation features save a lot of time and effort. While there are occasionally needs that the current features don’t fully cover, the customer support team is always quick to respond. They not only help troubleshoot issues but also escalate them to their engineers for fast resolution when necessary. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that I plan to keep using.

Update after 3 years:
I am so done with this app. Especially the "Manual Translation Part"
Prepare for "something wrong while saving the translation, please try again later"-errors all the time. I have no interest anymore in working with the app's support team, because next time I need to work with the app it's either the same error again or something new. Like always.

Also this app is very poorly translated. Which is especially sad because it's a translation app.

It's a wonderful app, that you can use for free if you are using the manual translation. I've used it to translate ten of thousands of words and it works mostly without problems. If something doesn't work, support is there to help you!

However, they released a big update in January 2023 which caused some parts of the app to not work correctly or at all for almost four weeks. It didn't affect translations that were already saved in shopify, but it prevented us from adding new translation in several cases.
After the update works correctly, I see that it includes really helpful functionalities, but I really wish they will be more careful in the future when implementing new stuff.
