Hextom: Translate & Currency

Love this! This will help facilitate my shopper's experience in my website. My customers all over the world will have an easy to use tool that will be available for them to use as needed. Definitely recommend for anyone using shopify.

This app is amazing!! I was able to translate my entire store using their AI software and could fix it up manually afterward. I had an issue with previous translation apps I installed in the past and they fixed it in no time. Definitely recommend.

Customer service is excellent. We have more than 3000 items, but we were able to import all translations within a few days! AMAZINGLY organized. Really recommend this over the other expensive monthly paid ones. I have used Weglot and Langify, and so far my experience with TMS is the best.

Terrible app. It does not help you add any Hreflang and Canonical Tags onto the translated content.

Signed up the highest plan and paid for content translation by words for 8+ languages and get panelized for duplicated content by Google.

When you find out your SEO performance dropped it is late. We lost tens of thousands of revenue because of this app.

Support is lackluster at best, slow response time and not helpful.

A useful and very well done app. But more importantly, truly exceptional support. Good work, keep it up.
