So far, it works really good for my Petitk.no, I use the manual translate option, must because is for free and I have only two languages. I am honest really happy this app is working good. Because I can afford paying for another app.
Don't go and search for another translation app to your Shopify! Because I did and this was the best option, You can translate Auto (maybe you will need to pay a little amount for that) but i used the "FREE" way which is to translate manually your website and it will take time but its done the job perfectly
I do recommend this app and it should be #1

I mainly use this app for Japanese translation, and I love this app for the flexibility that I can choose which part to be translated.
